                               En 1964, Armstrong grabó el que sería su tema más vendido: «Hello, Dolly». La canción obtuvo el puesto número uno en las listas de Estados Unidos, superando a The Beatles. Armstrong también obtuvo por el disco un premio Grammy al Mejor Cantante masculino y fue nominado a Mejor Disco del año.

                         Glenn Miller Orchestra in film "Orchestra Wives" portrayed in the film was the casting of Ray Eberle and Marion Hutton as husband/wife...catch Marian addressing Ray by his full name in a fit of pique. Drummer Moe Purtill gets a lot of screen time and a handful of lines, and smokes about a pack of cigarettes. And, the early work of Jackie Gleason as the band's bassist. Notice, too, to the montage sequence as the band tours, with bits of Miller hits mashed together--here as the "Gene Morrison" band.


                         Glenn Miller y orquesta en el film "Orquesta Wives". Actúan Ray Eberle y Marión Hutton como marido y mujer. En la película aparece la banda de Glenn Miller con el nombre de "Gene Morrison" band, para crear la coincidencia con sus iniciales G.M.
